Fees

Registration Fee – $10.00
This is a one-time fee and is required at the time you register with USGRAA. It is often collected and forwarded by the local clubs at the time you join the club. It can be forwarded directly to the USGRAA Treasurer if you are not part of an affiliated dojo. This fee must be paid before you can be awarded rank in Gyokushin Ryu Aikido.
Annual Dues (Associate Members) – $50.00
Annual Dues (Regular Members) – $50.00
This is an annual fee and is due at General Assembly of each year.  It is prorated based on when you join.
Promotional License (previously called Dojo Affiliation Fees) – $50.00, $100.00, $150.00
This fee is a three tiered participation level based on your credentials to promote or the maximum level you expect to be able to promote students in the coming year: Kyu ranked assistant instructors who have their own dojo pay $50 annually and are eligible for a clinic to be held at their dojo (but are unable to hold promotions themselves); Shodan level instructors pay $100 annually and are eligible for a clinic to be held at their dojo; Nidan and higher pay $150 annually and are eligible for a clinic to be held at their dojo.  If you are Nidan or higher but will not be able to promote anyone above Sankyu during the next year then you can pay the $100.  If this changes before the end of the fiscal year and you are able to promote a student above Sankyu then you must pay the additional $50. It is not required of individual members.
Rank Promotion Fee
This fee is due upon completion of testing for rank in USGRAA. It is required before rank will be recorded with the USGRAA. The local instructor will let you know the fee prior to testing.
